My family and I are currently using the cold and flu essential oil inhaler. We each keep one on our nightstand for easy access. When I am congested I sometimes smell cigarette smoke which is weird because no one around me smokes but when that happens I just take a few deep breath of the essential oil and the smoke smell disappears. It works great to open up your nose. I also use the inhaler when I have a headache or when I am stressed. Breathing in the essential oil ease my tension headaches and relaxes me.
